Our diets can have a major effect on our sexual health - but what about the effect of eating? In this article, two sex therapists recommend setting aside time to have an intimate meal with your partner. The act of eating, they say, can be very sexy and can help you establish a sensual connection with your loved one.

The article also mentions the importance of a diet rich in foods like nuts and seeds, since those foods help our bodies become aroused more easily. We'd like to add chocolate to that list -- eating about an ounce of dark chocolate per day helps our blood vessels stay clear, opening them up so that we can become aroused more easily.
