More sleep = More sex

Not getting enough sleep can have negative effects on our sex lives

More sleep = more, better sex A new study (read about it here) has found that people who are chronically sleep-deprived have less sex, contributing to an overall decline in health. According to researchers, those of us who don't get an adequate amount of sleep end up irritable and tired all the time, two mindsets that do little to get us in the mood for sex! There are also a number of medical conditions that can affect how well we sleep and, thus, how much sex we're in the mood for, including diabetes, sleep apnea, depression and heart disease.
There are several ways to maximize benefits from the sleep you do get. Researchers suggest getting on a sleep schedule, when you go to sleep and get up at the same times every day. Lack of exercise and use of drugs like alcohol and caffeine also contribute to poor sleeping habits, so puget out there and get active! Your sex life will thank you.
