Colombian town to make condoms mandatory

As reported here, a town in the South American country of Colombia is making waves as a city councilman tries to pass a law requiring everyone over the age of 14 -- even people who are visiting -- to carry at least one condom at all times. People caught without a condom could be subject to a fine of $180 or be made to take a sex-education course. It's certainly an interesting idea -- we can't wait to see how this works out.
