Study: Sex in late pregnancy does not induce labor

A recent study shows that, contrary to popular belief, sex in late pregnancy does not induce labor. Rather, it may have the opposite effect -- the women in the study who were sexually active in late pregnancy carried the pregnancy for an average of 39.9 weeks, compared to the other women in the study, who carried the pregnancy for an average of 39.3 weeks.
