Whitwell's claim is that practicing yoga with your partner can lead to increased sexual satisfaction. We agree -- it makes sense in a number of ways. You're scheduling time to be with your partner; you're getting exercise, which improves blood flow, among other benefits; and you're becoming more relaxed and in touch with your body, which can easily translate into a better awareness of arousal, and increased orgasmic capacity.
