Mandatory Condom Use on French TV

Cable TV in France features 9 channels that can broadcast explicit programming, and sometime after the end of the year, these channels will be required to show condom usage on screen. The French broadcasting watchdog, High Audiovisual Council, says that unprotected sex "sets a dangerous example and promotes delinquent behavior" because the films rarely show adults in committed relationships.
