Touch collects the following information from customers that order
from the site: name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail
address and credit card information. This information is collected in
order to fulfill orders placed online. This information is never used
to send customers information about products and services offered on
the site or by the company.
We keep
the fact that you shop with us completely confidential. All mail/web-order
packages are shipped out in plain, unmarked
boxes. Our corporate name (E.B. Inc.) is listed as the return address.
There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.
We do our best to make sure that the contents of the package cannot be
determined by the shape or feel of the package, either. If we are shipping
items overseas, we do our best to fill out customs forms in a discreet
manner.
We will
only send you information when you request it. We will not send you
unsolicited mail or email of any kind. If you
ask to receive our quarterly newsletter, we will not send catalogs or
any other mailings to you, unless you specifically request that we do
so. We will not share your name, address, email, or order information
