Although it's very light on the "educational" information, this book falls into the personal memoir category, and would be a good choice for anyone who wants to read a personal account of one woman's post-baby libido troubles. Raykeil discusses a huge variety of topics with straightforward honesty, from fighting with her husband about their lack of a sex life, to reconciling the "me" she wanted to be, and had been in the past, with the "me" she felt she was becoming, to how to make time for intimacy when a baby is involved.
This is a nice choice for anyone who has just had a baby, or for anyone who wants to read a well-written, personal account of post-baby married life. You can expect to find humor, anger, sadness, and even some almost-explicit sex scenes along the way. It even includes a note "For the Fellas", written by Raykeil's husband, at the end. A refreshing read, indeed.
