Urinary incontinence (leaking urine) because of weak pelvic floor muscles is a common problem for many women and men. Pelvic floor exercises have been shown to improve continence (and orgasm intensity), but when you're at home by yourself, do you wonder if you're actually doing the exercises correctly?
Now you can know for sure. The Myself Pelvic Floor Trainer is a very well-designed strength trainer and biofeedback tool that helps you exercise (and relax) the correct muscles, and works right along with you, adjusting the difficulty when you're ready to advance. The system is easy to understand, and is complete with two sensors, a base trainer, tubing, and a clear instruction booklet. Bonus: receive 2 additional replacement sensors with your order! The sensor requires you to be able to insert at least one finger comfortably. It can be used vaginally or anally (many women and men need to exercise the rear set of muscles, but there are not any other tools that allow for this to be done easily). We *don't* recommend the KY Jelly lubricant suggestion, but any non-silicone lubricant that works for you is fine. Not intended for sharing, the sensor can be covered with a condom, or gently rinsed with water after use. The flexible silicone cover is part of the sensor, and should not be removed for cleaning.
A lovely, well-engineered tool that is more "high tech" than other biofeedback Kegel exercisers, the Myself Pelvic Floor Trainer is ideal for women with urethral sensitivity since the sensor will not press against the urethra during your exercises unlike other products available on the market. The design also allows the user to comfortably hold the sensor in place during the exercises without having to apply pressure to hold it in. Its lovely design will be appreciated by those wanting to enhance their sexual arousal and people who dread those exercises will appreciate the smiley face that greets you at the beginning of each session.
Three AAA batteries included with purchase.
