DVD only.This Femme Productions film has the highest production values of any their stories, and an engaging plot. It's the story of a woman in transition; does she settle for a life with the man that she loves, but not passionately? Or does she satisfy her curiosity and desire for passion and adventure? Most of the sex scenes are highly erotically charged, and you'll find very few external ejaculations to distract you. The actors are varied in age and experience, and the types of sex scenes are more varied than many of the videos done by Candida Royalle. The couples are hot for each other, and the lust is genuine. A good choice for those who enjoy the heat and intensity of more mainstream videos, but are seeking something not as "in your face".

"Eyes of Desire", a VCA production, is a steaming exercise in seduction and eroticism. The story revolves around a photojournalist (Missy), who is at a crossroads in her life, and a mysterious mansion. Missy is staying with a friend while she figures out what she wants to do with her life. Does she take a job in New York or try to make it where she is, complete with a boring relationship?
"Interspersed throughout the story is her friend's telescope. Purchased by her friend's boyfriend so they can 'entertain each other' when they're not together, Missy finds herself drawn to it. In looking around, she gets to watch some pretty interesting action in the surrounding apartments and houses. An unfinished house remains a real point of interest, almost becoming an obsession for her, and she soon discovers that someone is in the house and is doing a little telescoping of their own.
"Without giving too much away about the story, let's just say the sexual encounters in the film are pretty good, pretty interesting and quite sincere. The big finale, which I don't want to talk about for fear of ruining the plot for future viewers, is built up very well, incredibly exciting, stimulating, erotic and downright hot!"

"Missy is the headlining star of this film, but veteran Miss Sharon Mitchell steals every scene she is in. During the non-explicit scenes she shows a new, less-glamorous look that does not apologize for her relative age. Then in her explicit scene Sharon performs like a sexual athlete at the top of her form; the way she works out on her male partner is not unlike an Olympic gymnast giving a 10.0 performance on a piece of (sexual) exercise equipment.
"The sole external male climax in the film comes from Tom Byron (who starts in drag) with Chloe, the one anonymous couple that Missy's character watches. This bit is somewhat out-of-place within the rest of the film; it looks like a scene lifted from a conventional adult production.
"While Eyes of Desire 1 does stand on its own, there is an extended trailer for the sequel included."
