Description:
A diverse and extensive collection of stories about female desire. The stories are creative and feel "true", their protagonists sympathetic and believable. Some of the women want rough sex out in the open, some want to be slowly seduced, some want the release of sensation play, some stumble upon their deepest fantasies unprepared. Most of the characters are heterosexual, but there are some lesbians too. The stories have interesting plots and good narrative tension, with very solid writing overall. A favorite is Rachel Kramer Bussels' "Icy Hot" in which two strangers meet on the hottest day of the year and make excellent use of ice cubes.
Nothing too outside of the realm of vanilla sex; some public play, sex in a church, light sensation play including breathplay, a few threesomes.
